El Buen Gusto began in 2003 by a Hugo and Angela who arrived from Medellin, Colombia with their 2 children. After owning two restaurants in Medellin, they made the decision to go to the U.S and start a new life and restaurant. 18 years later, Hugo and Angela have worked hard to bring the flavor and taste of authentic Colombian dishes to you.

The menu is inspired by the aunthentic dishes that we ate growing up on, in Medellin.
